Polymaker™ HT-PLA-GF combines excellent heat resistance with increased strength and durability. After thermal annealing, the material withstands temperatures up to 150°C, without sagging or deformation, making it ideal for functional parts subjected to heat stress.
Material prints smoothly with standard PLA settings and supports speeds up to 350 mm/s. Just load it up and get started – no additional configuration or specialized equipment required.
Reinforced with glass fibres. Stronger. Smarter.
HT-PLA-GF is glass fiber reinforced for increased rigidity and durability – ideal for demanding engineering applications.
Important: The material is abrasive. For optimum results, use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle.
Anneal at 80-100°C for 30 minutes (100°C recommended) to raise the heat deflection temperature (HDT).
The HT-PLA-GF combines ruggedness with style – for prints that don’t compromise on either performance or looks.
