STEM equipment from 3DBGPRINT

3DBGPRINT is a leading company specializing in the sale and support of 3D printers, 3D scanning, 3D design and modeling, finishing of 3D printed parts and product design. Established in 2013, the company has its own 3D training facilities and its own 3DLAB for the production of parts of various technologies.

In connection with the upcoming opening of the NATIONAL FUNDING PROGRAM “BUILDING STEM ENVIRONMENTS IN SCHOOLS”,

We at 3DBGPRINT offer to all interested educational institutions, the service of preparing a comprehensive project application and preparing a budget for the total cost of the project in accordance with the objectives of the program and current trends in education.

What is “STEM”:

The national programme is aimed at creating new school centres –

an integrated set of specially designed and equipped learning spaces with

A focus on the teaching and application of competencies in the natural mathematical sciences in public and community schools across the state.

Each school centre will include changes in the following elements: physical environment (improving the internal architecture and furnishing of existing spaces), technology, learning content, teaching methods and management of the educational process.

The programme targets schools with innovative practices and those with potential for

development of innovations in the field of natural sciences, digital technologies,

engineering thinking and mathematics (STEM).

We at 3DBGPRINT can supply the winning educational institutions with 3D printers, 3D scanners and 3D pens, as well as provide the necessary training in 3D technology and practical tasks for making 3D printed parts in our state-of-the-art 3D training facility – “3D LAB”.

The implementation of the STEM school environment programme aims at motivating students to study science, mathematics and technology, improving educational outcomes, acquiring a system of competencies, lasting, comprehensive knowledge, key skills and attitudes oriented towards practice, development and career guidance of students, directing them towards technological professions.

The investment will support the introduction of new teaching methods, the up-skilling of teaching professionals and the creation of new curriculum content to integrate STEM subject areas.

Implemented projects under STEM programme

One of the projects under the STEM programme is the centre, which was established at the Acad. It aims to use 3D technology in the education of students in the profile “Software and Hardware Sciences”. The centre is an educational environment that unites spaces similar to the “laboratories of the future” and will serve all the processes in it. There will be three areas – for presentations and practical work, for relaxation and for demonstrations and exhibitions.
