Edrio realistic mask from Rogue One for a Star Wars fan

Ivaylo Boyadziev is a long-time fan of the Star Wars universe and a regular participant in themed events such as ComicCon. For this year’s edition, he decided to take on the role of one of the characters from the movie Rogue One – Edrio Two Tubes

Challenge

Ivaylo approached us with a specific goal—to print the character’s mask in as much detail as possible so that it would fit perfectly with the costume he and his wife had handcrafted. This included accuracy in scale for comfort and ease of wear.

️ Our solution

We proposed to realize the vision with the help of 3D printing, using PLA material, which provides good detail and easy processing.

After carefully taking measurements, we adjusted the model that was 3D printed and post processed by hand by the client, including sanding and painting for maximum realistic effect.

Result

The character was presented at the recent ComicCon 2025 event and generated enormous interest among fans and participants. The realistic vision and precise workmanship brought Ivaylo’s character to life.
