Description

Polymide PA12-CF is PA12 filament (nylon) reinforced with carbon
fibers.
Due to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this
product is characterized by excellent mechanical and thermal properties.

Fibre adhesion technology

Fiber adhesion technology significantly improves the strength of the Z-
axis by designing the surface chemistry of the fibers to
achieve a strong fiber-matrix bond. Unlike
conventional fiber-reinforced filaments, which have a significant
reduction in Z-axis strength, PolyMide PA12-CF offers superior
interlayer adhesion compared to unreinforced PA12.

Deformation-free technology

Warp-Free technology enables the production of Polymaker nylon
filaments that can be printed with excellent
dimensional stability and virtually no warpage. This is achieved by
fine-tuning the microstructure and crystallization behavior of the
nylon, allowing the material to fully relieve internal
stresses before it hardens.

Annex

The combination of ease of printing with distortion-free
technology makes this product ideal for manufacturing
tools.
